20/03/2024
Between February and March, students from KEDGE Business School's MSc International Business programme had the opportunity to engage with prominent European economic and political figures during an exceptional study trip to Brussels.

A unique study trip

Hailing from the campuses of Marseille, Paris, and Bordeaux, students of the Master of Science in International Business embarked on their study journey with an insightful visit to IBM, a globally renowned technology and innovation company. Welcomed by seasoned experts, they delved into lively discussions on IT responsibility and artificial intelligence, benefiting from shared experiences of key players within the company. Subsequently, students had the privilege to visit the European Commission and the European Parliament. Guided by exceptional speakers, particularly within the Directorate-General for Internal Affairs, the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs, and finally the Directorate-General for Trade, they explored the intricate workings of European politics and economics, gaining valuable insights that provided a fresh perspective on current EU issues.

This immersion in Brussels constitutes a transformative experience for students, equipping them to become future leaders in global commerce by enhancing their understanding of international commercial and political dynamics. Organised annually within the MSc programme, this study trip perfectly mirrors its practical and immersive approach. This notion of immersion complements theoretical learning by giving students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real-world context.
