The UBC-KEDGE Partnership
The UBC-KEDGE Wine Industry Collaboration is a partnership between UBC’s Faculty of Management and Regional Socio-Economic Development Institute of Canada (Okanagan, British Columbia, Canada), and KEDGE Business School (Bordeaux, France).
UBC & KEDGE work closely with the British Columbia wine industry to address its strategic concerns.
UBC & KEDGE aim to support the development of the industry by focusing on the three critical characteristics of a successful wine region: cooperation, identity and quality. The objective is to contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of the region, leading to new levels of wealth creation, employment, and the wellbeing of citizens.
The Forum offers independent and respectful arenas to reflect and deliberate, share different perspectives, explore ideas and find ways forward. Discussion and deliberation in the arenas are based on reason and evidence.
