Permanence assured during the holidays
The Kedge campuses are closed between December 18th and January 4th. Student services are on duty during this winter break.
Conditions of return to school at the beginning of the school year
At this stage, the government's guidelines are clear. We are asked, as an institution of higher education, to resume face-to-face classes from the first week of February. This implies that for the month of January, 100% of the courses will remain in distance learning.
Opening of campuses for certain activities
In January, we nevertheless plan to open our campuses for a certain number of identified activities: the associative management course, practical work, notably at the Design School in Marseille or the Wine School in Bordeaux, serious games simulation workshops, roleplaying for certain specialised courses, and Pro-Act for the business engineering and Bachelor's programmes in Toulon.
We are also going to re-open our incubators and host some continuing education programmes that require on-site resumption. We will also continue to provide access to campuses and resource rooms for students who encounter connection problems, or who have an unsuitable working environment or suffer from isolation in order to follow their courses online.
Student support systems
In order not to cut off contact, we will maintain all the arrangements in place to support students: links with professors, availability of programmes and pedagogical coordinators, student office, links with internship and apprenticeship tutors, etc.
Terms and conditions for February 2021
From the beginning of February, face-to-face meetings on our campuses will be the basic principle. However, students who are not able to go to the campuses will have the possibility to follow the courses in Comodal (classroom courses broadcast on our platforms).
We remain as flexible and agile as possible to adapt to changing circumstances.
