What are the admission requirements for the MSc Business Law programme?

The Master of Science (MSc) in Business Law is equivalent to a Bac+5 level (master's degree), lasting for 3 academic semesters. It is accessible after Bac+3 for a 2-year program or Bac+4 for a 1-year program. It is offered full-time in English on our Paris campus, with an internship to be completed either in France or internationally.

Prerequisites for joining the MSc Data Analytics for Business:

Short Track (access for Bac+4):

  • Education level: M1 completed, or a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4), or an equivalent of 240 ECTS credits.
  • English proficiency: TOEIC (785) / TOEFL IBT 79 / IELTS (6) / Cambridge First (160) (B2) / Cambridge Advanced (180) (B2) / Duolingo (105) / PT Pearson (50) / Linguaskill (169) – exemption for candidates from English-speaking countries or those with more than one year of professional experience in an English-speaking country.

Long Track (access for Bac+3):

  • Education level: Bac+3 completed, with a degree or an equivalent of 180 ECTS credits.
  • English proficiency: Language test score is optional for admission to the Long Track, but required for the specialization year of an MSc.

The selection process for the MSc Business Law, Conduct & Compliance is carried out in two stages:

Evaluation of the application file

An interview in English, lasting 20 to 30 minutes, with a jury consisting of the program director and another academic member or a representative from the professional world (company, law firm)

The application file must include the following documents:

  • Latest diplomas obtained
  • Post-Baccalaureate transcripts (Bachelor's, License, M1, or M2 if applicable)
  • CV
  • English test results: TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS, except for native English speakers or students who completed their previous studies in English.
  • A letter of recommendation from a professor or from a company/consulting firm/law firm/institution would be an advantage.

Validation of Personal and Professional Achievements (VAPP)
