MODULE 4  

CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR SUSTAINABILITY

This module prepares students to handle change in transforming business models for sustainability on a societal, organisational and individual level. It includes topics such as:

• Sustainable leadership: develop both knowledge and awareness in terms of individual sustainable leadership and organisational leadership for sustainability
• Sustainable change in organisations: issues and challenges inherent to organisational change, in general, and sustainable organisational change in particular
• Social change : explore changes in society through technology, social movement, pandemic, and informal economy and examine whether businesses can contribute to positive social change and sustainable development during these changes
