From academic theory to real-world B2B execution

Today, sales and business development rank as the third most in-demand job field worldwide. Yet recruiters struggle to find graduates who master both technological tools and complex B2B negotiations. That is why KEDGE teamed up with 14 global companies to build a programme rooted in actual business operations on our Marseille campus.

  • Throughout the year, our consortium partners intervene across four pillars:
  • Co-create: partners define the key commercial, analytical, and technical skills taught in the programme.
  • Co-teach: company experts bring their real-life business cases and masterclasses directly into the classroom.
  • Co-engage: you gain hands-on experience through industrial site immersions and live business challenges.
  • Co-recruit: hiring managers connect directly with you for your 4- to 6-month internship, VIE, or first job.

Beyond corporate immersion, this MSc equips you with two external credentials that set your profile apart on the international job market: a Salesforce CRM & AI certification and a Microsoft bootcamp dedicated to AI in sales. You graduate with a degree, verified technical certifications and an active network of global recruiters.

Members of the consortium: Air Liquide, Amazon, Danone, Hilti, Lactalis, L’Oréal, Mantu, Michael Page, Microsoft, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard, Salesforce and Thales.

Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School

Prepare discussions, understand different interests and build agreements with a more structured approach to negotiation. These skills can be applied to complex B2B sales and key account relationships. The course is delivered in person on KEDGE’s campus by PON Affiliate Faculty.

Participants receive a Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.

Salesforce and Microsoft experts come to KEDGE to teach students in person. Commercial performance increasingly relies on CRM tools, data and generative AI. The programme includes a Salesforce certification in CRM and AI, alongside a Microsoft bootcamp dedicated to AI for sales roles. You learn to use customer data, streamline workflows and support business growth through analytics.

Throughout the programme, you work on real commercial problems submitted by consortium members. Expert-led masterclasses, real-world case studies, business challenges, negotiation simulations, a dedicated negotiation night and industrial site visits connect academic frameworks with professional practice.

Through the direct involvement of partner companies, you take part in dedicated networking and recruitment sessions across technology, industry, consumer goods, consulting and services. These meetings create opportunities to discuss internships, VIE international corporate placements and graduate roles with hiring managers.

Business developers need to understand their customers’ business models. Beyond sales techniques, the MSc combines geopolitics, finance for business developers, B2B contract law, leadership and market intelligence to prepare you for international and multicultural business environments.
