What is an approved degree?

An approved degree is a diploma that has received a visa, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The endorsement is a recognition granted to certain diplomas.  These then receive the State recognition, attesting to the good quality of the training.

It is issued to the schools in return for increased pedagogical control of the courses, particularly with regard to the organisation of admission conditions, the course of study and the conditions for awarding the degree. For its 3 undergraduate programmes, its Grande Ecole (MIM) Programme and its Business Engineering Programme, KEDGE issues approved diplomas.

The Master's Degree

The Master's degree is awarded to certain state-approved diplomas at postgraduate level. It is awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, on the recommendations of the Commission for the Evaluation of Management Training and Degrees (CEFDG).

The Master's degree certifies that the level of training is very high, both academically and professionally. The Master's degree is highly recognised by companies. The system was introduced to facilitate European student mobility and to harmonise degrees between countries at graduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. This is why the Master's degree enjoys excellent international visibility, which is a real added value in the current economic context.
