Final case study oral for MSc Innovation, Transformation, Entrepreneurship students

On June 22nd, MSc Innovation Transformation & Entrepreneurship students took the final oral exam of their case study in collaboration with digital actors from the Southern Region ecosystem.

A case study in collaboration with Airbus Helicopters

To complete their second semester, students of the MSc Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship defended a 10-month work on a real Airbus Helicopters case study. They presented their final project in front of a jury composed of:

  • Christophe Prior, Head of Digital Office of Airbus Helicopters
  • Paul Gimet, Director of the ITE Programme
  • Guillaume Laurie, Head of Pedagogical Quality at KEDGE
  • Claude Spano, Director of Innovation, KEDGE

The MSc ITE project proposed focused on the DIGITAL FACTORY, a collaborative platform for digital acceleration. Students had to study the creation of a design thinking and digital production solution that would bring together large groups and startups, SMEs and schools in the Southern Region. In the spirit of a collaborative ecosystem, their objective was to respond to the need of large industrial groups for innovative solutions developed in agile mode and to create more cooperation with startups, emerging gems from the Southern Region.

An outstanding level of performance for the final oral

The quality of the work of team n°1 - coached by Frédéric Gounard, founder of KEDGE's "Calanques Valley" Startup Studio - Madeleine Cornut, Emma Maury, Clémence Tilly and Paul Weill, was hailed by the jury, in particular by Christophe Prior: "High-quality and credible operational solution. Very relevant in the questioning and development of the project".

Team n°2 - coached by Céline Rousseau MBA, co-founder of the Startup Studio "Calanques Valley" - Amélie Famin, Thibault Ricciardi, Hugo Burnouf and Paul Brackett, showed an expertise in innovation that demonstrates academic excellence, as the jury attested: "The dossier proposed by the students is on the level of a very good consultancy, the members of this team embody a new model of enlightened, inspiring entrepreneurs who conceive their innovation project with humility and emotional intelligence. "

Paul Gimet, director of the programme, also underlined the high level of both the projects and the presentations: "The objective of the Msc ITE master is to meet the expectations of the partner companies. Through the solutions you have provided, you have demonstrated your ability to assimilate and implement the skills you have acquired. Your work represents the excellence that I am looking for in this new training programme."

For Claude Spano, Director of Innovation: "The inductive pedagogy with the company at the heart of the course sets us apart in our market. Our first graduates will be our future ambassadors for the next classes".
