During May 1st to 3rd, 2024, the Nottingham Business School hosted a group of faculty members from KEDGE for the second edition of their symposium, focusing on the theme 'Navigating the Future of Work: Perspectives, Challenges, and Strategies'.

2nd edition of the KEDGE/Nottingham Business School Symposium

The symposium, themed "Navigating the Future of Work: Perspectives, Challenges, and Strategies," aimed to foster interdisciplinary discussions and gather empirical knowledge from various research methodologies. It encouraged participants to present their theoretical frameworks, empirical findings, and practical implications.

The KEDGE delegation consisted of:

Within this framework, researchers were able to discuss their work and engage with each other on specific topics. 
It was also a unique opportunity for doctoral students to present their research.

A total of 19 research projects were presented and discussed during the three-day programme. The symposium helped strengthen ongoing research collaborations between the two schools.

Faculty members from the Nottingham Business School also organised a workshop on funding and grant ideas, which provided a space for discussion on future collaborations. The focus was on various grants from the UK and the EU. This information can serve as a basis for developing research proposals aiming to secure public or private funding.
