Presentation

The sustainable workplace lab has set itself the objective of responding to contemporary challenges concerning work and employment relationships.

It deals with the notions of justice, equity, organizational policy, well-being, morality and ethics in the workplace. Its work is done mostly at   individual (micro) level and mainly in the field of human resource management.

The Sustainable Workplace Lab's research is published in academic journals, but also has an impact on education, business and society more generally.

Methodology

The members of the lab use various methodologies for their research including quantitative (structural equations: Ghulam Murtaza, moderate mediation models: Jan Kraak, multilevel models: Marc Ohana...) and qualitative methodology and methods  (Hugh Lee and Arnaud Lacan).
